REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation by Client:
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice to ASIA PACIFICTAX SOLUTIONS Cancellations made within 15 days of the service agreement date will be eligible for a full refund, provided no work has commenced. If work has commenced, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation. The remaining balance of any pre-paid fees will be refunded.

Service Cancellation by ASIA PACIFIC TAX SOLUTIONS:
ASIA PACIFIC TAX SOLUTIONS reserves the right to cancel services if the client fails to comply with the terms of service or if the required information/documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, the client will be notified, and any refundable amounts will be processed asper the completion of work done until the cancellation date.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are available for services that have not been started or if the services provided do not meet the agreed-upon scope. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of service delivery or agreement date.

Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services may be non-refundable. These will be clearly specified at the time of service agreement. Fees paid for consultation services are generally non-refundable.
